Domestic Shipping Only
Xymorexa LLC currently ships orders exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must be placed with a valid U.S. shipping address.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays or on recognized holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Standard shipping delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed. Total delivery time includes both processing and carrier transit time. In most cases, customers can expect delivery within 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Xymorexa LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to failed delivery attempts or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
Delays & Lost/Damaged Shipments
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, natural events, or peak shipping periods. We appreciate your patience if such delays occur.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If a package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, contact our customer support team for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Providing clear photos of the damaged item and packaging will help us quickly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
